Agora Vancouver is for policy participation, evidence and civic questions. It is not a dispatch, police-report, health, shelter, bylaw or City service-request system.

Emergency
Use 9-1-1 when an immediate police, fire or ambulance response is needed. Agora Vancouver is not monitored for emergencies and cannot dispatch help.

HealthLink BC provides non-emergency health information and service navigation. For an emergency, call 9-1-1 instead.

Use the current shelter directory or 2-1-1 navigation service to look for shelter and related services. Availability can change and Agora Vancouver cannot reserve a bed.
